Job Summary-
Responsibilities-
Facilitate meetings and brainstorming sessions with business and technical teams.
Analyze and document business requirements; translate into detailed technical stories and tasks.
Create use case diagrams, workflow charts, and process flows to support development teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and updates.
Lead and support the end-to-end SDLC process, including UAT coordination and demo sessions.
Provide ongoing support and clarification to development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive scrum planning and report progress to management.
Support ERP/CRM implementations and related projects.
Key Skills: (must have)
3+ years of experience in business analysis with exposure to the insurance domain.
Strong understanding of the US insurance market is preferred.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in tools like Postman, Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office.
Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile (Scrum), and Waterfall methodologies.
Basic understanding of API protocols (SOAP/REST), SWAGGER, and service integration patterns.
Familiarity with UML diagrams and business intelligence tools (reporting, dashboards, data analysis).
Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, C#) is a plus.
Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
Addon skills:
Experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) domain.
Exposure to Information Security or Identity Management.
Understanding of software testing methodologies and UAT processes.
