Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of jewellery products, and the ability to drive sales while providing an exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
  • Provide detailed information about jewellery designs, materials, and pricing.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and other sales-related documentation.
  • Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends and market demands.
  • Maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of the jewellery display counters.
  • Process exchanges, returns, and refunds as per company policies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote jewellery collections.
Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in jewellery sales or retail is preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or fashion-related fields is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities.
    • Knowledge of different types of jewellery, gemstones, and metals.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
