About the Role

A Creatio Developer is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing solutions using the Creatio platform to meet business requirements. This role involves developing and customizing business processes, integrating Creatio with third-party applications, and providing technical support to users. Additionally, a Creatio Developer collaborates with stakeholders to analyze requirements, optimizes system performance, and develops reports and dashboards within the Creatio environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement Creatio CRM solutions to meet business requirements.

  • Develop and customize business processes using Creatio’s BPM engine.

  • Integrate Creatio with third-party applications and services.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Creatio users.

  • Conduct requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Optimize system performance and ensure a seamless user experience.

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics within the Creatio environment.

  • Stay updated with the latest Creatio updates, features, and best practices.

  • Train end-users and stakeholders on Creatio functionalities and workflows.

  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of Creatio solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Creatio Certification (e.g., Creatio Analyst, Developer, or Administrator certification).

  • Proven experience working with Creatio CRM or Creatio Studio.

  • Strong understanding of business process modeling and workflow automation.

  • Experience in low-code/no-code development and system configurations.

  • Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, REST API, and SOAP API for integrations.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
