Job Summary:

The Salesforce Admin Developer is responsible for optimizing and automating Salesforce processes, integrating with external systems, and ensuring data integrity. They support sales teams by enhancing Salesforce functionalities, developing automation scripts, managing API integrations, and creating insightful reports to improve efficiency and decision-making.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce CRM to optimize sales operations.
  • Implement Salesforce automation, including Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers, to streamline workflows.
  • Integrate Salesforce with ERP, marketing platforms, customer databases, and third-party applications via REST APIs and webhooks.
  • Automate lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting using Apex, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and security settings.
  • Design and generate custom reports and dashboards to track sales performance metrics (revenue, pipeline, conversions).
  • Ensure real-time data availability for sales forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Manage data migration, deduplication, and synchronization to enhance data accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce integration, workflow, and user-related issues.
  • Provide user training and documentation on Salesforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to define business requirements and implement scalable solutions.
Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I) preferred.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
  • Experience in API integrations, REST/SOAP services, and middleware platforms (Mulesoft, Zapier, Power Automate).
  • Proficiency in SOQL, SQL, JavaScript, and Python for reporting and automation.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security models, role hierarchies, and sharing rules.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce AI-driven tools (Einstein Analytics, predictive analytics) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CPQ is a plus.
