About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and manage a team of marketing specialists across various disciplines—including performance marketing, email marketing, social media, and brand strategy. This role is primarily focused on overseeing and executing marketing initiatives for our clients, who span various industries, ensuring their marketing goals are met through our strategic services. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will contribute to internal marketing efforts for our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of marketing specialists, providing guidance, direction, and mentorship.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to client goals across various industries.
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple marketing channels, including web, brand, performance, social, and email marketing.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Manage budgets for client marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective strategies and ROI optimization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, designers, and external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep strategies competitive.
- Develop reports and present marketing performance insights to clients and leadership.
- Maintain strong client relationships, serving as the key point of contact for marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to internal marketing efforts for the company as needed.
- Establish and document best practices, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing execution, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability across campaigns, projects and accounts.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and team leadership.
- Proven experience managing a team of specialists across various marketing disciplines.
- Strong understanding of web and brand strategy, digital marketing, performance marketing, and social/email marketing.
- Experience working with clients across multiple industries, adapting strategies to different market needs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign success and optimize accordingly.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple client accounts.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and maximizing ROI.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized and methodical, with a structured approach to executing tasks, managing deadlines, and optimizing processes.
- Experience working with clients in an agency or service-based environment is a plus.
- Experience working with offshore and globally distributed teams is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
